Job title: Content Developer
Positions (4): 3 content developers. 1 lead developer
Purpose: This project will help shape the future of football in Canada. Football Canada is seeking a team of content developers to create a player development program curriculum based on the LTAD (Long-Term Athlete Development) Framework including:
- Drills
- Practice plans
- Warm-up (routines)
The team will also develop volunteer training resources through the development of the following:
- Manuals
- E-learning content
Time requirements: Respective team members will devote approximately 10 hours per week (flexible schedule) to the project including participation in a bi-weekly or monthly conference call. The project is anticipated to be completed over the course of the next three years.
Skills and qualifications:
- Experience with amateur football
- Knowledge of Football Canada’s LTAD
- Knowledge of National Coaching Certification Program
- Curriculum development experience
- Post-secondary education
- Coaching experience
Location: Team members will be working at their desired location.
Reports to: Football Canada Technical Coordinator and tackle working committee.
