Football NB selects its U18 roster for Canada Cup

by footballcanada

Football New Brunswick (FNB) is pleased to announce its roster for the 2015 Football Canada Cup. The Football Canada Cup is the premiere pre-university football tournament in Canada which annually showcases the top under-18 football players from across the country. This year the week long tournament will be played in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec, from July 13-19th.

Head Coach Chris Hopkins had this to say about the roster selections “We are extremely excited about this years roster! This was by far the most competitive year yet and we had to make some tough decisions.”

Football NB is working hard to change the culture of its provincial programs. The coaching staff has worked very hard to identify elite players and will spend the next two months preparing them for national competition. “I believe we have a lot of character in this group and they are hungry and determined to make a statement at the Football Canada Cup. The culture of #506football is alive and growing!” says Hopkins.
