Club Flag Nationals
A second Football Canada Flag Championship giving Club teams the chance to compete for a National title in the U14, U16, U18, and 18s age divisions.
The Club Flag Nationals, introduced in 2024, marked an exciting new chapter for Football Canada’s flag football landscape. This championship provides club teams from across the country the opportunity to compete for a national title in the U14, U16, U18, and U19 age divisions, expanding opportunities for athletes and teams outside of provincial programming.
Designed to complement existing regional and national flag events, the Club Flag Nationals celebrate grassroots development while fostering high-level competition among Canada’s best club teams. The tournament brings together athletes of all ages and skill levels, creating an inclusive and competitive environment where players can showcase their talent, grow their skills, and build connections within the flag football community.
With flag football rapidly growing in popularity—particularly as it moves toward inclusion in the 2028 Olympic Games—the Club Flag Nationals will play a key role in providing additional pathways for athletes and clubs to compete, develop, and elevate their game. By offering a national platform for club-level competition, this championship supports the continued growth of one of the fastest-growing sports in Canada and beyond.
