KINGSTON, ON – Football Ontario is set to host the second edition of the Football Canada Elite Flag Nationals from May 16–18, 2025, at Richardson Stadium, bringing Canada’s top youth flag football athletes back to Kingston for a weekend of high-performance competition and national bragging rights.
The 2025 edition of the tournament will once again feature Under-14, Under-16, Under-18 and Under-19 divisions for both men’s and women’s teams.
“As we continue to build toward Flag Football’s inclusion in the 2028 Olympic Games, the Elite Flag Nationals play a key role in preparing our next generation of national team athletes,” said Kevin McDonald, Executive Director of Football Canada. “We’re grateful to Football Ontario for their leadership in hosting this year’s event and to Queen’s University for once again providing world-class facilities at Richardson Stadium. Their commitment helps create an environment where athletes can perform at their best and proudly represent their provinces on the national stage.”
As the sport of flag football continues to grow across the country, the Elite Flag Nationals serve as both a celebration of youth sport and a proving ground for the next wave of Canadian talent.
