Football Canada’s Senior Flag Football National Championships stand as the top competition for adult flag football teams across the country. Each year, the best men’s and women’s teams from various provinces battle for national supremacy, with past editions showcasing elite-level talent and fierce competition.  

Pro Division: Elite skill level designed for highly experienced players or teams aiming to compete at the national or international level.

Competition Division: Is geared toward skilled and experienced players looking for a serious level of play without necessarily being at the elite (Olympic/National) level. It sits between Recreational and Elite/Olympic divisions.
