Our goal? Win gold on the world stage, qualify consistently for major international events, and cultivate a winning team culture that represents the very best of Canada.
The Challenge:
Right now, our national athletes pay thousands of dollars out of pocket to represent their country because of this; many other countries with strong government funding and support are currently at an advantage over us.
This barrier to excellence puts pressure on families, restricts opportunity, and limits how we build a strong, lasting program. Our Athletes are our greatest assets. Ensuring our teams have their player fees and costs covered so that they can focus on excellence without the burden of finances. We want the best athletes, not just the ones that can afford it.
