Call for Letters of Intent: Football Canada seeks Apparel and Equipment Provider Partnership
Football Canada is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to partner with us as an official apparel provider. We are seeking a collaborator to design, produce, and deliver uniforms and equipment for both our men’s and women’s programs, including high-performance national teams, youth initiatives, staff apparel and our online branded e-commerce platform. This partnership offers the chance to work with Canada’s governing body for amateur football and play a key role in the growth of Tackle and Flag football nationwide, ahead of Flag Football’s inclusion in the 2028 Olympics.

With a mission to grow the sport through leadership, innovation, and inclusiveness, the organization oversees national competitions, supports Provincial Sporting Organizations (PSOs), and manages Canada’s National Teams for IFAF Championships, The World Games, and the Olympic Summer Games. Football Canada has over 100,000 registered members across disciplines and a legacy of fostering athletic development nationwide.
Partnership Scope
Football Canada is looking for an apparel provider to fulfil the following key requirements:
- Apparel Production: Provide uniforms and equipment for all high-performance programming, all National Teams (Flag Football and Tackle Football), all staff and event support clothing.
- Youth Program Support: Supply apparel for Football Canada’s grassroots programs, including First Down (U6 and U8) and Identification Camps.
- E-commerce Management: Create and manage a branded e-commerce platform using the Football Canada Shop domain.
Submission of Letters of Intent
Apparel providers interested in submitting a proposal must first submit a signed Letter of Intent by January 17, 2025. The Letter of Intent serves as a formal expression of interest and provides an opportunity to consult with Football Canada regarding the proposal process.
