Canada’s Senior Men’s National Team partners with Firefly

OTTAWA – The Canadian National Football Team is proud to announce a partnership with Firefly Recovery, a world leader in athletic recovery working with numerous NFL and NCAA Division I football programs.

Firefly Recovery accelerates recovery up to three times faster, reduces muscle soreness, and improves muscle performance—enabling athletes to recover more efficiently and return to peak performance sooner.

Head Coach and Director of Operations, Jesse Maddox, highlighted the importance of this partnership:

“Our guys are having approximately 48 hours of travel and two games in a relatively short amount of time. We wanted to make sure we took care of our players’ bodies, and Firefly Recovery does exactly that. Having our guys with a shorter recovery time allows us to focus on the X’s and O’s rather than spending a larger amount of time on recovery.”

Lauren Campbell, Chief Marketing Officer at Firefly Recovery, added:

“We are proud to partner with the Canadian National Football Team as we expand Firefly Recovery into Canada. Supporting elite athletes on the world stage is at the heart of what we do, and we’re excited to provide the Canadian National Team with cutting-edge recovery solutions to help them perform at their best. This partnership highlights our mission to bring Firefly’s proven recovery technology to more athletes across North America.”

President of the Canadian National Team, Daniel Woloshin, echoed the excitement:

“We wanted to set the benchmark for taking care of our players. Partnering with Firefly Recovery, who already work with NFL and SEC teams, allows us to take care of our athletes at a level equal with the best professional and collegiate football leagues in the world.”
