Football Canada schedules Annual General Meeting

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of FOOTBALL CANADA is called for and will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams on September 23rd, 2024, at 7:00 pm (ET) for the following purposes:

1. To receive the audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2024;
2. To elect three Board positions
3. To consider and, if amenable, approve bylaw amendments;
4. To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
