IFAF Executive Board Votes to Postpone Flag Worlds

After the recent developments regarding changed governmental travel advisories and airlines suspending flight operations to Tel Aviv, Israel, the IFAF Executive Board has voted to postpone the IFAF Flag Football World Championships planned for August 12th to August 15th in Jerusalem, Israel due to circumstances beyond IFAF’s control. With uncertainty of flight operations to the host country and subsequent travel effects with less than three weeks prior to tournament start, it is not possible to continue organizing an event worthy of an IFAF World Championship.

IFAF will make next announcement regarding restaging of the tournament on Sunday 27th of July.
