FOOTBALL CANADA ACCEPTING POSITIONAL COACH APPLICATIONS
Ottawa – Football Canada is accepting applicants for its Senior Men’s Tackle positional coaching positions for a period covering:
2025 IFAF World Championship Qualifier (Jan 2025) Mexico
2025-26 IFAF World Championship – TBD
The Positional Coaches will work closely with the head coach, and coordinators, in identifying, recruiting and selecting players. To assist with team selections, coaches may be required to attend identification, development, or selection camps in addition to events such as the Football Canada Cup.
Aside from the event commitments, the successful applicants must foster the values of the organization which includes teamwork, respect, and achievement. Through their leadership skills, they must create an environment which promotes a positive experience for the athletes, coaching and support staff.
Qualifications:
– Canadian permanent resident or citizen (must have a valid Canadian passport to travel internationally)
– Adherence to Football Canada’s Code of Conduct
– Valid Police Information Check
– Three years coaching experience
