Football Canada East/West Challenges Return in 2022
Football Canada is proud to announce the return of tackle football events in 2022 after a two year hiatus due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
This July will host the return of the U16 East and West Challenges! These Challenges are tackle football events held for athletes under the age of 16, giving them a chance to showcase their incredible athletic ability and football skill.
The Western Challenge will be held in Langley, BC from July 1st-7th at McLeod Stadium.
The Eastern challenge will take place starting July 19th-24th at Alumni Field in Sackville, NB.
Games for the Western Challenge will be held on July 3rd and 6th, while games for the Eastern Challenge will be held on July 21st and 24th.
In the East, Quebec will look to defend the title from the last tournament held in 2019 after beating Ontario 28-7 in Kingston, Ontario.
In the West, Saskatchewan will defend their top ranking from 2019 after beating BC 21-7 in Kamloops, BC.
We have never been happier to announce the return of Football Events in Canada and Football Canada wishes every participant the best of luck as well all celebrate the return of football events together!

July 21st, 2022
1 4:00pm: Ontario (2) vs Nova Scotia (3)
2 7:00pm: Quebec (1) vs New Brunswick (4)
July 24th, 2022
3 4:00pm Bronze: Loser Game 1 vs. Loser Game 2
4 7:00pm Gold: Winner Game 1 vs. Winner Game 2
West Challenge Schedule:
July 3rd, 2022
1 4:00pm: Saskatchewan (1) vs Manitoba (4)
2 7:00pm British Columbia (2) vs Alberta (3)
July 6th, 2022
