Football Canada Seeking Expression of Interest for High-Performance Coach Roles

OTTAWA – Football Canada is seeking interested applicants to submit an expression of interest for our High-Performance Coaches roles.

Coaching a national team is a significant commitment and Football Canada would like to provide some general information for prospective staff and coaches regarding the commitment level expected of national team coaches..

For 2025, Football Canada will be competing in the following IFAF events:

• 2025 World Games (Women Only) – Game days are August 14-17, 2025 in Chengdu, China
• 2025 Continental Championships (Men & Women) – Dates are not confirmed, most likely September 2025 in Panama

*Additional Training Camps or other Competitions prior to events will need to be scheduled and run
**Selection Camps will need to be scheduled and run

The coaching staff for these events will most likely consist of

• one head coach
• one or two assistant coaches
• one team manager
• one athletic therapist or physiotherapist.
