Football Canada mourns the sudden loss of Stephen “Steve” Faoro who passed away over the weekend in his hometown of Port Moody, BC.

Steve is an alumnus of both the national team as well as the Football Canada Cup, having played in the 2011 IFAF Senior World Championship, where he was voted Canada’s defensive captain by his teammates. The linebacker also represented Team BC at the 2000 Canada Cup in Manitoba.
