Fratmen to host Hurricanes in OFC final

by footballcanada

The Windsor AKO Fratmen will host the Hamilton Hurricanes on Saturday Nov. 1 in the Ontario Football Conference (OFC) junior division championship game. Game time is to be determined (Windsor hosts Ottawa at 1 p.m. in Ontario university playoff action).

The game is a re-match of last year’s OFC final in which Windsor defeated Hamilton. The contest also marks the third consecutive year that the Hurricanes will play in the championship game, hoping that the third time is a charm after losing to London in 2012.

Hamilton defeated the Ottawa Sooners 28-7 to clinch a spot in the finale while the Fratmen defeated rival the London Beefeaters 30-17.
